Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of QuickSheet AI, QuickSheet AI Collections, their related sales pages and any files or prompts supplied with them (together, the “Products”). QuickSheet AI is the trading identity used for these Products. By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Products.

2. What the Products do

The Products are browser-based planning and prompt-building tools. They create structured prompts that you can copy into a compatible third-party AI service. They do not themselves operate an AI model or guarantee that a third-party service will create a particular document, file or result.

The main characteristics, compatibility requirements and limitations described on the relevant sales page form part of the basis on which you purchase.

3. Licence and permitted use

Subject to payment and these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased Product for your own personal or business projects.

4. Third-party services

ChatGPT and WarriorPlus are independent third-party services. ChatGPT is not included with the Products. Its features, availability, limits and output depend on the account and service you use. Purchases are processed through WarriorPlus and may also be subject to WarriorPlus terms and privacy practices.

QuickSheet AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. “ChatGPT” and related marks belong to their respective owner.

5. Your responsibilities

You must review all generated prompts and AI-created output before relying on, publishing, selling or distributing it. You must independently check facts, calculations, citations, links, permissions and suitability, particularly for legal, financial, medical, scientific, safety-critical or time-sensitive subjects.

You must not use the Products for unlawful, deceptive, harmful or rights-infringing activity.

6. Payment, delivery and refunds

Prices and payment terms are those displayed at checkout. Access is supplied digitally using the delivery method described during or after checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by the offer-specific terms shown at checkout or with your order, our Refund Policy, and any rights that apply by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Availability and changes

We may maintain, correct or improve the Products. We do not promise uninterrupted access to hosting, third-party platforms or features outside our control. If a change materially affects a right already purchased, any mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Because local projects are stored in your browser, you are responsible for exporting important backups where the Product provides that option.

8. Intellectual property

The Products, branding, interface, original text and underlying code remain the property of their respective owner and licensors. Your rights to AI output may also depend on the terms of the third-party AI service, your inputs and any third-party material involved.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Products are supplied as practical tools, not professional advice or a substitute for your judgement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, loss of opportunity or loss caused by unreviewed AI output, third-party services or failure to keep local backups.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Ending access

We may suspend access where there is a material breach of these terms, unlawful use, attempted interference with the Product or unauthorised redistribution. Rights and obligations intended to continue after termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that consumers retain any mandatory rights and protections provided by the law of the country where they live. Nothing here prevents a consumer from using a court or dispute process available under mandatory law.

12. Contact and changes

For product, support or legal enquiries, email andie@andiebrocklehurst.com. We may update these terms when the Products, providers or legal requirements change. The date above shows the current version.
