Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
The QuickSheet apps are designed to keep project content in your browser. Checkout, hosting and any AI service you choose to use are separate services with their own data practices.
1. Who is responsible
QuickSheet AI is the trading identity responsible for this website and the Products. For privacy enquiries, email andie@andiebrocklehurst.com. This notice explains the information handled in connection with the website and Products.
2. Information the apps store locally
QuickSheet AI and QuickSheet AI Collections can store projects, preferences and settings in browser storage on your device. This local project data is not automatically sent to QuickSheet AI. It remains until you delete it in the app, clear browser data or remove it through your browser.
If you copy a prompt into ChatGPT or another service, that service receives what you choose to paste. Its privacy policy then applies.
3. Information that may be processed
- Order information: WarriorPlus processes checkout and may provide the vendor with information needed to deliver the Product, verify a purchase, prevent fraud, provide support and keep transaction records.
- Support communications: if you contact vendor support, the message, contact details and relevant order information may be used to answer and manage your request.
- Technical logs: the web host may record an IP address, browser or device information, date and time, requested pages and security events as part of operating and protecting the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies: WarriorPlus sales-page scripts and checkout services may use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, security, attribution or related functions under their own policies.
4. Why information is used
Information may be used to deliver and support the purchase, perform the contract with you, maintain security, prevent misuse, keep necessary business and tax records, comply with legal obligations and improve reliability. Depending on the activity, the lawful basis may be performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or consent where required.
5. Sharing and third parties
Information may be handled by service providers where needed to run the website and fulfil orders, including the website host and WarriorPlus. It may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a business transfer.
WarriorPlus and any AI service you choose to use act under their own terms and privacy policies. QuickSheet AI does not control the information you independently submit to those services.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The apps use local browser storage to remember projects and settings. This is necessary for the requested save and preference functions and stays on your device unless you export or copy it elsewhere.
Third-party WarriorPlus elements may store or access information when they load or when you use checkout. Browser controls can block or remove cookies, although doing so may affect checkout, attribution or other functions. The site does not currently operate a separate first-party advertising or analytics system.
7. Retention
Local project data stays on your device until you remove it. Support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and related issues. Order and transaction information may be retained for the periods required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling and other legal obligations. Hosting logs are retained according to the host’s operational and security schedule.
8. International processing
WarriorPlus, OpenAI and other third-party services may process information outside the United Kingdom. Their own privacy policies explain their international processing and safeguards. Review those policies before submitting personal or confidential information.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
Email andie@andiebrocklehurst.com to make a request. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
10. Security and children
Reasonable steps are used to protect information, but no internet or storage system is completely secure. Do not place confidential, regulated or sensitive personal information in prompts unless you have assessed the risks and are authorised to do so.
The Products and sales pages are intended for adults and are not directed to children.
11. Updates and contact
This notice may be updated when the Products, providers or legal requirements change. The date above shows the current version. For questions or rights requests, email andie@andiebrocklehurst.com.
