QuickSheet AI products are supplied digitally. Any voluntary money-back guarantee or refund period is the one expressly displayed for the specific offer at checkout or in the related order information. Different products or promotions may have different terms.
If no voluntary guarantee is displayed for an offer, you should not assume that one applies. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.
How to request help or a refund
Email andie@andiebrocklehurst.com and include the order number, purchase email and a clear description of the issue. WarriorPlus facilitates the transaction, but product support and refund decisions are handled by the vendor, subject to the offer terms and applicable law.
Before requesting a refund
If the issue is technical, include the browser and device used, what happened and any error message. Because projects are stored locally in the browser, also check whether browser data was cleared, private browsing was used or the Product was opened in a different browser or device.
Digital content and cancellation rights
Digital-content cancellation and refund rights vary by country and by how and when supply begins. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces statutory rights that apply to you. Where the law requires consent or acknowledgement before immediate digital supply affects a cancellation right, the checkout process should obtain it.
Misuse and unauthorised distribution
A refund may be refused where permitted by law if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse or unauthorised copying or distribution. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
